Returns and Refunds Policy
If you are not satisfied with your order due to objective reasons, you may initiate a return, request a refund, or exchange your item within 30 days of receiving your package.
Please contact us at service@lilyleedsbrand.com to obtain the return address (please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs).
We consider objective reasons to be the following:
- Size exchange: You will be provided with a coupon to place a new order in our store.
- Quality issues: The item does not match the specifications listed on our website, for example, defects, tears, or other flaws.
- Delayed delivery: The order was delivered outside the timeframe specified on our website.
Our solutions are always aimed at ensuring customer satisfaction, but we also ask for your patience during the process.
Return Exceptions
We do not offer refunds or returns in the following cases:
- Subjective quality concerns: If the item does not fit as expected or is not to your personal taste.
- Delivery timeframe: If the order is delivered within the estimated delivery timeframe stated on our website, we are not responsible if you were expecting it for a specific occasion.
Additionally, our team reserves the right to review cases where we suspect that a claim is being made under an objective quality reason when in reality, it falls under subjective quality concerns.
Return Process
To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition and show no signs of wear. They must also include the original tags.
- Please return all items in a single package.
- Choose a shipping provider that offers tracking and location services, and provide us with the tracking information.
Once we confirm receipt of your return, please allow a few days for us to inspect the package. We will then notify you whether your return is approved or rejected.
If your return is approved, you can expect the refund within 10 days using the same payment method you used for your purchase.
In exceptional cases, the refund may take slightly longer. If 15 days have passed since our confirmation email and you have not received your refund, please contact us at info@lilyleeds.com.
Order Cancellations
If you change your mind and wish to cancel your order, you must do so within 6 hours of placing it.
- Send us an email at service@lilyleedsbrand.com with your order details (including your order number and contact information).
- We will process a 100% refund within 12 to 14 days.
If you contact us after 6 hours, we cannot guarantee cancellation. You will need to wait until your order arrives and initiate a return following our return policy.
